This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
If you request the technical summary, we use your email address to send it and for a single follow-up. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Our lawful basis for this under UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
If you email us directly or book a call, we process the details you provide on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on your enquiry.
Some resources on this site load from third parties, which receive your IP address as part of serving them: web fonts from Google Fonts, photography from Unsplash, and call scheduling by Google Calendar if you book a call. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
We keep summary-request emails only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete them. Direct correspondence and call-booking records are kept while your enquiry is active, and deleted once it is resolved and no follow-up is expected, unless it leads to a continuing working relationship.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vigentworks.com and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
